What the booking form collects

When you book a visit online, the form asks for your first and last name, your phone number, the address of the door with its city and ZIP code, what is wrong with the door and a few details about it (type, age, how many doors), the time window you prefer, and any notes you add. An email address is optional. We use these details to call you back, confirm the time and do the job. Nothing is collected until you send the form.

What your browser stores

While you fill in the form, your answers and the step you are on are kept in your own browser, so a reload does not wipe them. The site also keeps, for the length of your visit, the page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you followed. These stay on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Who receives your request

• Our lead inbox, a hosted customer-messaging service that records the request and lets us call you back.
• A WhatsApp message to the business owner with the same booking details, sent at the same moment.
• A short log of where the booking came from (landing page, campaign tags, referring site). It holds no name, phone number or address.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles the technical data every web request carries, such as your IP address. We do not sell your details or share them with marketers.

Analytics

The site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts right now. If we add Google Analytics later, to count page views and taps on the Call and Book buttons, this section will say so before it starts. The booking form loads no spam-check or map scripts from Google.

How to ask us to delete your details

Call (650) 835-1803 and ask. Tell us the name and phone number you booked with, and we remove the request from our inbox and our records.
